14-DAY NOTIFICATION PERIOD
Return or exchange notifications must be transmitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery. Inquiries initiated beyond this window cannot be accommodated.
ARCHIVE STANDARD INSPECTION
Objects must be returned in their unwashed, unworn, original state with all labels intact and accompanied by original packaging. Any object exhibiting signs of alteration, wear, or damage will be rejected during technical verification.
